Labrix is a mood lamp concept that is designed to cast labyrinth shadows on the walls to evoke the feeling of being in a forest.

To stimulate the essence and surreal feeling of a forest when sunlight is shining through from the crown of the trees to the surroundings below. Labrix creates a time-motion mimicking the sun's brightness when rising and setting.

How
it works.
Labrix uses a simple mechanism similar to umbrellas where the panels can be adjusted manually to change the shape of the lamp to cast the preferred effect of the labyrinth shadows.
The effect.
With a simple pull of the rope, the user can change the brightness and shadows of the environment, hence adding to the interior effect of the surrounding.
